The Seabirds… Curriculum?

“History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be un-lived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.” Maya Angelou

As of this week, the wheels were set in motion for a full-fledged History and Biblical World View curriculum based on The Seabirds Trilogy (released Fall 2020).

All the pieces came together in such a beautiful way. A BA in History, an MA in Israel Studies, over a decade as a writer and writing coach, my younger years as a home-schooler… and my current work with two of the brightest editors and content developers I’ve ever met in my years of writing (I’m looking at you Hope and Emily!). It’s ALL MAKING SENSE, lol.

We are determined that our curriculum gives students and teachers the tools they need to understand WWII and its aftermath through a simple, exciting, and creative platform. We are carefully combining fiction, classic film, primary sources, and thoughtful discussions to push students to seek Godly, biblical answers to life’s most difficult questions. We’ll keep you updated as things progress, but at this point, we’d love your input.

If you were going to start over again with a High School level History course, what would you want? What wouldn’t you want? What do you feel current curriculums are missing? Thanks!! And Happy Saturday!

In the meantime, don’t forget to get a headstart. The Trilogy is available for purchase now on Amazon!
